2. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a digital product you’ve bought from Pandora Basketball Excel, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Refunds will be granted if the product does not function as described or if you have technical issues that cannot be resolved.
  • We may ask for basic information about your purchase and usage to process the request.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed through Stripe, our payment processor, and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

3. Purchases and Digital Delivery

All paid features are digital services, and upon successful payment through Stripe, the website will automatically unlock these premium features. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless covered under the refund policy above.
